I’m Prakhar Shrivastava, a software engineer and co-founder of FoxSell. My work has moved from high-performance systems to SaaS products, but the thread has stayed the same: understand the constraint and build something genuinely useful.

I learned to engineer for scale, where performance and reliability had to survive contact with the real world.

I grew into engineering leadership, worked closely with Shopify merchants, and saw a SaaS company through its acquisition by Brevo.

I became a founder and widened the scope of the work - from building the system to understanding the customer, product, and business around it.

The best product decisions often remove work from the customer. I care about clarity, restraint, and software that earns trust by doing its job well.
